Responsible for general management, supervision, cost estimates, quantity surveying, financial management and inspection.

Large multi-residential, single houses, commercial and industrial property.

Working for companies in Phuket such as DRA and Associates, and Sun Paradise Thailand.

Working for companies in South Africa such as Storm Sciocatti Quantity Surveyors, and MNT Development.

Good understanding of Thai culture and work process.

PROPOSAL

Available to property owners for the service of property management, project management, renovation, maintenance or repair work.

Assist property owners by taking care of their property business while they are away. Contact with the owner through regular updates.
